Ingredients to make Mughlai Chicken Korma:

1 kg chicken

1 cup curd

2 finely chopped onions

1 finely chopped tomato

2 tablespoons ghee

1 tablespoon garlic paste

1 tablespoon ginger paste

1 tablespoon garam masala

3-4 saffron threads

Finely chopped coriander

8-10 cardamoms

4-5 cloves

1 tablespoon coriander powder

1 tablespoon red chili powder

1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

Salt to taste

Method to make Mughlai Chicken Korma:

First of all, heat ghee in a pan. Add cardamom and cloves and temper it.

Now add chicken and fry on medium flame for 3-4 minutes, till it turns golden.

Then, add onion, tomato, garlic and ginger paste and mix well and fry for 2-3 minutes.

Now add curd, coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder and salt and mix and fry for 2-3 minutes.

Add some water and cover and cook the chicken on low flame for 10-15 minutes, till it becomes soft.

Finally, add garam masala and saffron and mix and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Serve hot with finely chopped coriander leaves and some ghee on top.
