Sweet Dish: Children are very fond of eating sweets, no matter which kind of children they are. At the same time, when they are growing up, feeding them is also no less than a problem. Today, we will tell you about a simple Tutti Frutti Barfi in such a situation. The unique thing about this barfi is that it does not take much time to make and is also ready quickly with straightforward tips. In such a situation, you also know about the countless benefits of making Tutti-Frutti Barfi:

These ingredients will be needed to prepare Tutti-Frutti Barfi:

Two teaspoons of pure desi ghee

One big cup of milk

Two cups of milk chocolate

80-100 grams of white chocolate

Dry fruits (cashews, almonds, pistachios, raisins)

Favorit Tutti-Frutti (red, yellow, pink, red)

Prepare it with this method

Step 1
First, put one cup of milk on the gas to heat. After this, add two spoons of Desi Ghee and stir. When the ghee and milk are mixed, add white chocolate and mix well. You have to stir the milk until the chocolate melts and blends. Then, combine the milk powder as well. When your mixture starts thickening, add sugar to it and cook until it is mixed.

Step 2
There you go, and your barfi texture is ready; mix dry fruits and tutti frutti, stir, and turn off the gas. Now take another pan, in which the remaining chocolate has to be melted.

Step 3
Keep this tasty barfi mixture in the tray, but do not forget to spread butter paper before placing it. Spread this entire mixture on the butter paper. Now keep it in the fridge and leave it to freeze.

Step 4
Please do not tamper with it for about 2 hours. When it is ready, you must prepare a layer by melting white chocolate and pouring it on top. Remember that the melted chocolate should not be too hot; otherwise, the layer of barfi will break. After pouring it, keep it aside for another hour to freeze.

Last step
When it freezes properly, now cut this barfi into pieces of the shape you want. Along with taste, it will also provide many beneficial nutrients.
