Ingredients for making vegetable soup:
Half bowl of finely chopped cabbage
Half bowl of finely chopped carrots
Half bowl of finely chopped cabbage
Half bowl of corn kernels
Half bowl of finely chopped French beans
Half bowl of peas
Half teaspoon cumin powder
Half teaspoon black pepper powder
Two tablespoons corn flour
One tablespoon butter
Salt according to taste
Method of making vegetable soup:
Chop all the vegetables finely. Mix one teaspoon corn flour well in a bowl. Put two teaspoons butter in a pan on medium flame and fry all the vegetables for 2 to 3 minutes.
When the vegetable is fried well, add corn flour water to it and mix. Use water as per requirement. Finally, add half teaspoon cumin powder and half teaspoon black pepper powder to it, mix and boil on medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes.
