Team India: Money has rained on the Indian team that won the Champions Trophy hosted by Pakistan, where BCCI has given a huge amount of Rs 58 crore as reward to the team. This entire amount will be distributed among all the players.

BCCI announced

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has announced a cash prize of Rs 58 crore for Team India’s victory in the ICC Champions Trophy 2025, the BCCI said through its official website. The prize money will be given to the players as well as the coaching and support staff, members of the selection committee.

How will the cash prize be distributed

If we look at the salary of the players, it is given according to the grade. A+ grade players have the highest salary. But the matter of prize money is different. There is no official information about how BCCI will give cash prize to the players. But all players can be paid equally.

Team India defeated Australia in the semi-finals of the Champions Trophy 2025. After this, it performed brilliantly in the final as well and won against New Zealand. New Zealand batted first and scored 251 runs. During this Daryl Mitchell scored 63 runs. In reply, India achieved the target in 49 overs. Rohit played a brilliant innings of 76 runs in the final. Shreyas Iyer contributed 48 runs.
