Indian veteran batsman Cheteshwar Pujara, who has been performing consistently in the domestic tournament has attracts cricket lovers attention. Pujara had good performance team Australia as well. The Test series between India and Australia is to be played from November 22. The Indian team will go with the intention of making a hat-trick of wins in the Test series against Australia. The 36-year-old recently scored 234 off 383 balls against Chhattisgarh in the Ranji Trophy and told that he is still hungry to score more runs.

Pujara has a good record against Australia and was the highest run-scorer in the 2018-19 series. Pujara faced 1258 balls in that tour and scored a total of 521 runs. Three years later, Pujara once again proved to be the key for the India as he faced 928 balls and scored 271 runs in the series against Australia. Pujara has stood like a wall in front of Australia legends like Pat Cummins, Josh Hazlewood and Mitchell Starc. Pujara last played for India in the World Test Championship (WTC) final last year. Since then he has not been a part of the Indian team.

Pujara has scored over 7,000 runs in Test cricket, with an impressive average of around 43. He has more than 19 centuries, including memorable knocks like his 202-run innings against Australia in Ranchi (2017) and his pivotal performances during India’s historic 2020-21 series win in Australia. His ability to blunt fierce bowling attacks, especially in tough overseas conditions, has been crucial to India’s success in Test cricket.
