David Miller Catch

David Miller Catch: He is not any conical character; he is South African cricketer David Miller, who stunned world-wide cricket fans with his fielding abilities. 35-year-old Miller took a spectacular catch during the South Africa vs. India 2nd T20I match, which is held in Port Elizabeth. Miller’s one-handed catch proved enough to dismiss Tilak Varma, who then had 20 of 20 balls. Tilak himself was stunned to see the catch. Veteran batter David Miller, known as ‘killer Miller’ for his explosive batting skills, showed his fielding abilities at 35.

The Indian team did not start well and within 50 runs, the top-3 batsmen had returned to the pavilion. Tilak Verma, along with Akshar Patel, was slowly advancing India’s innings. South African captain Aiden Markram, who came with the eighth over of the innings, threw the last ball to Tilak Verma. Tilak made a punishing shot towards the covers, where standing David Miller jumped to the right and completed the catch with one hand and forced the Indian batsman to send the pavilion.

Tilak scored 20 runs. In this match, Team India’s batsmen batted first and scored 124 runs for 6 wickets. For India, Hardik Pandya scored an unbeaten 39 off 45 balls. There was no special performance from the rest of the batsmen. For South Africa, Marco Jansen, Gerald Coetzee, Aiden Markram, Nakabyomazi Peter, Andile Simeleon took one wicket each.
