In reply, Pakistan scored 176 runs by losing 7 wickets in 20 overs. With this win, Team India got two points and it is currently at number two in the Group-B points table, net run rate +0.350.
The UAE team, which is at first position in this group, defeated Oman in their first match, due to which they have two points. They are above Team India in net run rate. Their net run rate is slightly better than team India A, +0.378. Pakistan and Oman have lost their opening matches. For this reason, Pakistan is at number three and Oman is at number four.
The ACC Men’s T20 Emerging Asia Cup is being played in a very spectacular fashion. This time a total of 8 teams are participating in the tournament, which are divided into two groups of four each. The Indian A team is present in Group-B. Apart from India, teams from Pakistan Shaheen, Oman and UAE are present in this group. The second group consists of Bangladesh-A, Afghanistan-A, Sri Lanka-A and Hong Kong team. All the teams have played one match each in the tournament.
Bangladesh A team currently ranking 1st on the other group with 2 points and +0.736 net run rate. Afghanistan A team at second place with same point as Bangladesh, net run rate +0.550. Sri Lanka A team and Hongkong are at third and fourth place respectively.
