The report, quoting a BCCI source, stated: “He is suffering from a back injury and is unlikely to be fit for the England series. He has also not been included in Delhi’s list of probable players for the first Ranji Trophy match of the second phase against Saurashtra, starting January 23.”

22-year-old Mayank Yadav, who has been recovering at the BCCI Centre of Excellence in Bengaluru for the past few months, last played in the third and final T20 match against Bangladesh in Hyderabad on October 12 last year.
