Australian cricketer Ashton Agar displayed remarkable resilience by taking the field to bat at the eleventh position despite being injured, for the benefit of his team. In spite of experiencing a shoulder injury and feeling pain, Agar continued to bat using only one hand. During this inning, Agar faced the fast bowlers of Victoria after landing in Western Australia. On several occasions, the ball also collided with his body. In the second innings, Western Australia were all out for 310 runs, losing 9 wickets.

Went in to bat as the eleventh player

Following that, Ashton Agar, who was dealing with a shoulder injury, went in to bat as the eleventh player. In response, Victoria accumulated a total of 373 runs, resulting in a lead of 206 runs. Agar’s team scored 325 runs in their second inning.
