The rules, which were outlined in 10 points, included playing domestic cricket and restricting players from travelling with their families during tours. Indian captain Rohit Sharma raised questions about these rules, while Chief Selector Ajit Agarkar stated, “This is not a school.”

Rohit Sharma was asked about BCCI’s new policy, and he responded, “Who told you about these rules? Have they come from the official handle of BCCI? Let them come officially.” He added that several players have been calling him regarding the new rules.

Ajit Agarkar on BCCI’s New Rules: “This is Not a School”

Ajit Agarkar commented on the new rules by saying, “Every team has its rules, and you follow them while playing. This is not a school; it’s not a punishment. Teams naturally follow certain protocols, and as we progress, we keep refining them.”
