Team India’s promising batsman Sarfaraz Khan has made his maiden International hundred under pressure in Bengaluru. The 26-year-old batsman has scored a charismatic century with a boundary. Sarfaraz scored his 100 runs in 110 balls at a strike rate of 90.91, with help of 13 fours and 3 excellent over boundaries.
When the Indian team was in danger of an innings defeat, Sarfaraz Khan won everyone’s heart by playing the biggest innings of his career so far. Sarfaraz Khan scored his first international century on the fourth day of the first Test being played at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium. Playing ahead of his score of 70 runs on the third day, Sarfaraz completed the hundred with a four in Tim Southee’s over.
Sarfaraz, along with Virat Kohli, shared a 136-run partnership for the third wicket on the third day of the Test match and kept India in the match. Together with Kohli, Sarfaraz surprised the fans by sharing a fast partnership of 136 runs off 165 balls. Sarfaraz has batted brilliantly in domestic cricket. He has a total of 15 centuries in first-class cricket.

After scoring runs in domestic cricket, Sarfaraz waited for his turn for a long time, but could not get a place in the Indian team. Instead of being discouraged, he continued to work on himself. He continuously making headlines by scoring century after century. Finally, on February 15, he got a chance to debut against England in Rajkot. After scoring 62 runs, he was rapidly moving towards the century, but Ravindra Jadeja’s mistake led to the run out.
