BCCI Central Contract: BCCI has announced the central contract for women on Monday. BCCI has divided the central contract list of women cricketers into three categories. The board has included three players in Grade A, which includes the names of Harmanpreet Kaur, Smriti Mandhana and Deepti Sharma. 4 players have managed to make their place in Grade B. Apart from these, 9 players have been given place in Grade C.

Who are included in Grade B and C

The players who have got a place in Grade B include Renuka Thakur, Jemima Rodrigues, Richa Ghosh and Shefali Verma. Apart from these, Yastika Bhatia, Radha Yadav, Shreyanka Patil, Titas Sadhu, Arundhati Reddy, Amanjot Kaur, Uma Chhetri, Sneh Rana and Pooja Vastrakar have been included in Grade C.

Grade A: Harmanpreet Kaur, Smriti Mandhana, Deepti Sharma

Grade B: Renuka Singh, Jemima Rodrigues, Richa Ghosh, Shafali Verma

Grade C: Yastika Bhatia, Radha Yadav, Shreyanka Patil, Titas Sadhu, Arundhati Reddy, Amanjot Kaur, Uma Chhetri, Sneh Rana, Pooja Vastrakar

Who will get how much money

According to media reports, Harmanpreet Kaur, Smriti Mandhana and Deepti Sharma included in Grade A will get Rs 50 lakh each. Whereas, Renuka Thakur, Jemima Rodrigues, Richa Ghosh and Shefali Verma will be given Rs 30 lakh each. Apart from these, all the 9 players included in Grade C will get Rs 10 lakh each per year.

Who will India play against in the series?

The Indian women’s team will now face Sri Lanka and South Africa in the ODI tri-series, which will begin on April 27. The ICC Women’s Championship 2022-25 runners-up are also preparing for the ICC Women’s World Cup 2025, scheduled to be held on home soil later this year.
