Haryana Chief Minister: Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini is presenting his first budget as Finance Minister. For the first time in history, he has presented a budget of Rs 2 lakh 5 thousand 17 crores for the state. Last year, former Chief Minister Manohar Lal had presented a budget of Rs 1.89 lakh crores. This time the budget has increased by 13.7% i.e. 16 thousand crores.
Big announcements for youth in the budget
CM Nayab Saini said that through Mission Haryana 2047 started this year, the government will provide employment to 50 lakh youth in Haryana. The government is proposing Rs 5 crore for this mission.
Rs 1 lakh scholarship to girls
Chief Minister Nayab Saini said that under the Kalpana Chawla Scholarship Scheme, girl students pursuing graduation and post-graduation in science and engineering will be given an annual scholarship of Rs 1 lakh. Tuition fees of girls studying in BSC courses in colleges located in university premises from families with income less than Rs 3 lakh will be waived.
On the lines of Government Model Sanskriti Vidyalayas, one government college in every district will be developed as a Model Sanskriti Mahavidyalaya. Apart from this, under the scheme called Harit Store started in 2021-22, 1250 stores will be opened in rural and urban areas, out of which 758 shops will be operated with Mudra loan. 350 new Vita booths will be opened in 2025-26.

In his budget speech, Chief Minister Saini made several significant announcements, particularly aimed at supporting the youth and education:
1. Mission Haryana 2047: Aiming to provide employment to 50 lakh youth in Haryana, this mission has been allocated Rs 5 crore for its implementation.
