Rajasthan News: Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma has made a big announcement. He announced on Wednesday that in the coming financial year, 10,000 school teachers, 4000 Patwaris (village level revenue officers) and 1750 posts will be recruited in the forest department. Apart from this, the state CM also announced a one-time assistance of Rs 10,000 to the youth under the Chief Minister Yuva Rojgar Protsahan Yojana.

He said that educated unemployed youth will be given the option of giving Rs 6,000 for working under the Pradhan Mantri Internship Scheme in place of unemployment allowance. The CM made this announcement while responding to the discussion on the Finance and Appropriation Bill in the Assembly on Wednesday.

The Chief Minister announced the launch of ‘Mukhyamantri Yuva Rojgar Protsahan Yojana’ to provide Rs 10,000 as one-time assistance to encourage youth who get jobs with monthly salary up to Rs 50,000 in the organised private sector for the first time and reduction of VAT rate on CNG and PNG to 7.5 per cent.

Announcement of formation of a high-level committee for investigation

The Chief Minister also announced the formation of a high-level committee to investigate big projects across the state during the previous Congress government. Following the announcements, the Rajasthan Assembly passed the Finance and Appropriation Bill by voice vote.

Responding to the discussion on the bills, the Chief Minister said that the Haryana government has formed a task force to prepare a joint DPR to bring Yamuna water to Rajasthan. Talking about the MoUs signed at the Rising Rajasthan Summit, he said, “Out of the MoUs signed at the Investor Summit, MoUs worth Rs 3 lakh crore will be implemented by March 30.
