Infinix Smart 9 HD has been launched in India. This is the first smartphone of the company’s new Smart 9 series and is an upgraded version of the Smart 8 HD, which was launched in December 2023. This phone has a stunning 6.7-inch HD + display and 90Hz refresh rate.
It comes with dual stereo speakers and DTS audio processing for media consumption. Apart from this, this phone is IP54 rated, which makes it safe from water splashes. So let’s know about it.

Talking about its price, Infinix Smart 9 HD is priced at ₹6,699 in India. However, it can be purchased for ₹6,199 under the first day special offer. This smartphone will be available for sale on Flipkart from February 4. It will be available in four colors – Mint Green, Coral Gold, Neo Titanium, and Metallic Black.

This phone has a 6.7-inch HD+ display with a 90Hz refresh rate and 500 nits brightness. There is a hole-punch cutout at the top of the display, which houses the front camera. Its design is slim and light, and it comes with dimensions of 165.7 x 77.1 x 8.35mm and a weight of 188 grams.
Processor and Performance
Talking about its performance, it has a MediaTek Helio G50 processor, which has a maximum clock speed of 2.2GHz. It is offered with up to 6GB of RAM (3GB physical + 3GB virtual) and 64GB of storage. The storage can be expanded up to 1TB with the help of a microSD card. This smartphone runs on Android 14 Go Edition, which is optimized for lower-spec handsets.

Infinix Smart 9 HD has a 13-megapixel dual rear camera, which has quad LED and zoom flash facility. The camera setup is present on the back panel in vertical style. For selfie and video call, it has an 8-megapixel front camera, which has features of LED flash and screen flash. Beauty and portrait modes are also available in the camera.

This phone comes with a large 5000mAh battery, which gives 14.5 hours of video playback and 8.6 hours of gaming backup. To protect the battery, it has an AI charge protection feature, which protects the battery from overcharging. For connectivity, the phone supports Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, USB Type-C port and 3.5mm headphone jack.
