itel A50 Design and Display
The design of the itel A50 is quite attractive, especially for this price range. The iPhone-inspired camera module gives the phone a premium look. The 8.7mm thickness and glossy texture back panel make it feel good to hold in hand. There are thick bezels around the display, but considering the entry-level segment, they do not look too bad. There is a 6.56-inch HD + IPS LCD display, which supports 60Hz refresh rate. With 480 nits brightness, the display works well even in outdoor light. The display quality is fine, but there may be some difficulty in using it in direct sunlight.
itel A50 Camera
itel A50 has an 8MP AI dual rear camera and a 5MP selfie camera. Rear camera daylight photography is fine. Colors are good, but there is a lack of detailing and sharpness. Low-light photography is average, and noise is seen in the shots. Portrait mode works well, but edge detection is not perfect. Front camera takes good selfies in daylight, but detailing could have been better.
