According to reports, Redmi A5 and POCO C71 have been seen on the Indian BIS certification platform, which makes it clear that these devices are going to hit the market very soon.
Rebrand
Earlier it was speculated that these devices would come with the name Redmi 14 4G and POCO M7 4G, but the latest report has confirmed that these will be the upcoming Redmi A5 and POCO C71 models. Interestingly, the Redmi A5 will be rebranded as POCO C71.
Launching
These two new smartphones of Redmi and POCO have been listed in the BIS certification database on 7 February 2025. This clearly indicates that these devices can be launched in India in February 2025. Apart from this, these smartphones have also got FCC and EEC certification. Not only this, Redmi A5 has also been listed on the IMEI database, which has revealed its specifications.
Possible specifications
Both Redmi A5 and POCO C71 will come with 4G network support. These smartphones will be given Android 15 operating system based on HyperOS 2.0, which will give users the experience of the latest features.
