  1. Prepare the Gobhi (Cauliflower) Fritters:
    • In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, cornflour, ginger-garlic paste, soy sauce, chili sauce, black pepper powder, and salt.
    • Gradually add water and whisk until you get a smooth batter with a coating consistency.
    • Dip the cauliflower florets into the batter, ensuring they are evenly coated.
    • Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat. Once hot, fry the coated cauliflower florets until they turn golden brown and crispy. Remove them onto a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil. Set aside.
  2. Prepare the Manchurian Sauce:
    • Heat oil in a pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add chopped garlic, ginger, and green chilies. Sauté for a minute until fragrant.
    • Add chopped onions and sliced capsicum. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they are slightly softened but still crunchy.
    • Now, add soy sauce, chili sauce, tomato ketchup, vinegar, sugar, and salt. Mix well and let it cook for another minute.
    • Gradually pour in the cornflour dissolved in water while stirring continuously. This will thicken the sauce and give it a glossy texture.
    • Add the fried cauliflower florets to the sauce. Toss them gently until they are well coated with the sauce.
    • Cook for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
    • Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve hot.
  3. Serve:
    • Gobhi Manchurian is best enjoyed hot and fresh. Serve it as an appetizer or as a side dish with fried rice or noodles.
    • Enjoy the delightful fusion of flavors in every bite!

Whether you’re hosting a party, craving a snack, or simply looking to elevate your dinner game, Gobhi Manchurian is a surefire winner. Try out this recipe and treat yourself to a burst of deliciousness that’s packed with both comfort and exotic flair!
