PM-KISAN 17th Installment Date 2024: Many types of schemes are being run by the Modi government for the farmers of the country at this time. The government is engaged in helping the farmers financially.
The government has started the Kisan Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-Kisan) scheme for farmers; under this scheme, farmers are provided Rs 6 thousand annually. The beneficiaries associated with this scheme are now waiting for the 17th installment.
If media reports are to be believed, the wait for the 17th installment is going to end soon. According to reports, the 17th installment of the PM-Kisan Yojana can be released after the results of the Lok Sabha elections are declared on June 4. Let us tell you that the 16th installment was released by PM Modi in February of this year.
The Prime Minister released the 16th installment during his visit to Yavatmal in Maharashtra on February 28, 2024. The 16th installment of the PM-Kisan Yojana, worth more than Rs 21,000 crore, was released to more than 9 crore farmers.
Rs. 2,000 is received every four months
Under the PM-Kisan scheme, eligible farmers are sent Rs 2,000 every four months to their bank accounts. This money is received in three installments every year.
This money is transferred directly to the bank accounts of the beneficiaries.
E-KYC is mandatory
It is necessary for farmers to get E-KYC done to avail of the installment. According to the official website, eKYC is mandatory for PMKISAN-registered farmers. OTP-based eKYC can be done on the PMKisan portal.
How To Check your status
1) First of all, you have to go to the official website, pmkisan.gov.in.
2) Now the ‘Know Your Status’ tab will appear on the right side of the page, where you have to click. 3) Now enter your registered number, fill in the captcha code, and select the option of ‘Get Data’.
4) Your status will appear on the screen.
Check your name on the beneficiary list.
Step 1: For this, you will have to first go to the official website of PM Kisan, www.pmkisan.gov.in.
Step 2: Now you click on the ‘Beneficiary List’ tab.
Step 3: Select your information from the drop-down, like state, district, sub-district, block, village, etc.
Step 4: Now you will have to click on the ‘Get Report’ tab.
How to apply for PM Kisan
Step 1: Go to pmkisan.gov.in.
Step 2: Click on ‘New Farmer Registration’ and enter the Aadhaar number and fill in the captcha code.
Step 3: Now fill in the required information and click on ‘Yes’.
Step 4: Fill out all the information asked for in the PM-Kisan Application Form 2024 and submit it.
