BMW 3 Series Gran Limousine M Sport Pro Edition: BMW has launched the 3 Series Gran Limousine M Sport Pro Edition in India, with prices starting at Rs 62.60 lakh (ex-showroom). This limited variant model is locally assembled at BMW’s plant in Chennai. The company offers four metallic color options in the special M Sport Pro variant for the 330Li petrol variant. These include color options like Mineral White, Skyscraper Grey, Carbon Black and Portimao Blue.
The BMW 3 Series Gran Limousine M Sport Pro Edition gets a blacked-out kidney grille, adaptive LED lights, M Lights Shadowline dark-tinted headlamps and a gloss black rear diffuser. Interior upgrades include door sill plates behind the front seats and an entry ambient lighting system.
Display and Speakers
The BMW 3 Series Gran Limousine M Sport Pro variant is equipped with new technology, which includes BMW Curved Display, BMW Live Cockpit Plus with 3D navigation, 12.3-inch digital instrument display and 14.9-inch Control Display. It runs on the new BMW Operating System 8 and offers wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity systems. It has a Harman Kardon surround sound system with 16 speakers.
Engine Powertrain and Mileage
The M Sport Pro Edition has a 2.0-litre, four-cylinder turbo petrol engine, which is capable of generating 258bhp power and 400nm torque. Mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission it accelerates to 100 km/h in a claimed 6.2 seconds. It picks up speed per hour. The BMW 3 Series Gran Limousine M Sport Pro variant comes with three driving modes ECO Pro, Comfort and Sport.
Despite the cosmetic updates to the M Sport Pro variant, it looks identical to the standard 3 Series Gran Limousine, which is essentially a long-wheelbase version of the standard 3 Series. The initial update of the Gran Limousine occurred about a year ago, which included a new front end and improved cabin features.
