Which includes 2 battery backs and 2 configurations. Its minimum range is 510km and maximum range is up to 650km. Its starting ex-showroom price is Rs 41 lakh. Features and Specifications of BYD Seal
BYD Seal has a length of 4800mm, width of 1875mm and height of 106mm. Compared to Tesla’s Model 3, it is 106mm longer and 26mm wider. The length of Tesla Model 3 is 4694mm, width is 1849mm and height is 1443mm. The wheelbase of the Model 3 is 2875mm, while the wheelbase of the BYD Seal is 2920mm. Overall it is larger than the Tesla Model 3.
Battery
BYD has also used blade battery technology in its electric sedan SEAL. It has two battery packs. The first is a 61.4kWh pack and the second is a 82.56kWh pack. The car will have a range of 510km from the 61.4kWh battery pack. At the same time, the 82.5kWh pack will provide a range of 650km for RWD and 580km for AWD. Dual motor setup has been done in it. The company says that it can accelerate from 0-100kmph in 3.8 seconds.
Features
The BYD SEAL also gets a rotating, 15.6-inch infotainment display in the center console. In which the driver gets a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster and head-up display. The floating touchscreen is flanked by the central AC vents with a drive selector and scroll wheel below to select different drive modes.
Advanced features
Advanced features like heated windscreen, volume controls for the audio system as well as two wireless charging pads can also be found in the center console. It will get an all glass roof, flush fitting door handles, four boomerang shaped LED daytime running lights, split headlamp design and a full-width LED light bar at the rear.
