Maruti Suzuki Fronx SUV: In the Indian market, automobile manufacturer Maruti Suzuki has included a new mid variant Delta + (O) in its Fronx SUV.
The biggest feature of the new variant is that this car has been designed as a very safe car with additional safety features and new features.
After the inclusion of this new variant, now Maruti Fronx will be sold in the market with a total of 6 variants – Sigma, Delta, Delta +, Delta + (O), Zeta and Alpha. It will come in manual and automatic transmission options.
New mid variant Delta+ (O) features
Talking about the features included in the Delta + variant in the new Delta + (O), 6 airbags and a puncture repair kit have been included in it as an update. Instead, the spare wheel available with the vehicle has now been removed. Apart from this, the vehicle has a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, steering mounted audio controls and a 4-speaker sound system. Also, features like automatic climate control, electronic stability control and rear parking sensor, electrically adjustable and foldable ORVMs are also available.
Delta+ (O) variant powertrain of the Fronx
Talking about the features of the power train included in the new Delta + (O) variant of Maruti Suzuki Fronx, a 1-litre turbo-petrol engine has been included in this vehicle as an additional engine option. In which the option of 5-speed manual gearbox or 6-speed torque converter is also available. Along with this, this car has been equipped with 1.2-litre petrol engine. This engine is equipped with the ability to generate power of 90ps and torque of 113Nm. It is mated to a 5-speed manual or 5-speed AMT gearbox.
Fronx Delta+ (O) variant price
In the Indian market, this vehicle competes with Toyota Urban Cruiser Tasar, Kia Sonet, Hyundai Venue, Tata Nexon and Mahindra XUV 3XO. Talking about the price of Delta + (O) variant with manual gearbox, its price is Rs 8.93 lakh. At the same time, AMT gearbox has been offered for sale at an ex-showroom price of Rs 9.43 lakh.
