Monsoon forecast: IMD latest update, warns heavy rain and thunderstorms in these states

Monsoon update: At this time weather rapidly change in most parts of India.While rain and storms are continuing in some states at this time, severe heat is being seen in some other states at this time. The temperature has gone above 45 degrees Celsius in many cities of the country. The western-southern monsoon is running fast, due to which heavy rains are continuing in many areas.

Talking about the capital Delhi, people are in a bad condition due to severe heat. Heavy rains are occurring in some areas of South India. According to the Meteorological Department, the monsoon will soon knock in UP and Delhi, where rain will be seen. Meanwhile, the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued an alert regarding heavy rains in many areas of the country.

Monsoon alert has been issued regarding heavy rains in some areas of Maharashtra as well as Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh and South Chhattisgarh. Districts of Central Maharashtra as well as North Maharashtra, Vidarbha, Marathwada and Konkan have been warned of rain with stormy winds.

Imd predicts heavy rain with thunder

According to IMD, an alert has been issued for heavy rains in Konkan and Goa, Madhya Maharashtra, Marathwada, Karnataka and Apart from this, thunder and lightning can also be seen.

Apart from this, there may be light rain with thunder, lightning and strong winds in Mahe and Lakshadweep.

Cyclonic circulation over Assam and neighboring areas can lead to heavy rains along with strong southwesterly/southern winds coming from the Bay of Bengal
