Motorcycles in the 150 to 200cc segment have always been dominant among Indian customers. Motorcycles like Bajaj Pulsar, TVS Apache and Honda Unicorn are the most popular in this segment. Bajaj Pulsar achieved the top position in the motorcycle sales of this segment in the last month i.e. April 2024. Bajaj Pulsar sold 50,739 units of motorcycles last month. Whereas exactly one year ago i.e. in April, 2023, Bajaj Pulsar had sold 36,318 units of bikes. During this period, an increase of 39.71 percent was seen in the sales of Bajaj Pulsar. Yamaha MT 15 remained at fifth place
TVS Apache was at second place in this list of bike sales. TVS Apache sold 45,520 units of motorcycles during this period. At the same time, Honda Unicorn was at third place in this list of sales. Honda Unicorn sold 25,889 units of motorcycles during this period. Yamaha FZ was at number four in this list of sales. Yamaha FZ sold 13,778 units of motorcycles during this period. Whereas Yamaha MT 15 was at fifth position in this list of sales. Yamaha MT 15 sold 13,359 units of motorcycles during this period.
Hero XPULSE 200 was at tenth place
On the other hand, Yamaha R15 was at sixth place in this list of bike sales. Yamaha R15 sold 11,146 units of motorcycles during this period. Whereas in this list of sales, Honda SP 160 was at number seven. Honda SP 160 sold 8,260 units of motorcycles during this period. At the same time, KTM 200 was at number eight in this list of sales. KTM 200 sold 2,983 units of the motorcycle during this period. On the other hand, in this list of sales, Honda Hornet 2.0 was at number 9 by selling 2,374 units of motorcycles and Hero XPULSE 200 was at number 10 with sales of 1,932 units.
