Tata Motors New Electric Truck: The demand for electric vehicles is continuously increasing in the country. Not only cars and bikes but electric vehicles are being launched in the market in every sector. In this race, Tata Motors has launched a new electric truck. Tata Ace EV 1000 has arrived in the Indian market, which has the capacity to load 1 tonne of goods and this truck is also capable of covering a distance of 161 kilometers in a single charging.
Tata Ace EV 1000
Tata launched Ace EV in the market about two years ago. Now Tata has brought Ace EV 1000. On the launch of this new truck, Vinay Pathak, Vice President and Business Head, SCV and PU, Tata Motors Commercial Vehicles, said that our Ace EV customers have been taking full advantage of it for the last two years. They are getting the benefit of this truck, due to which they are also making profit. And this truck is also durable. Vinay Pathak further said that this truck has become the brand ambassador of the revolutionary zero emission last-mile mobility solution.
Ace EV 1000 powertrain
The Tata Ace EV 1000 is equipped with the Evogen powertrain, which comes with a seven-year battery warranty and a five-year maintenance package. Tata says that this truck is effective in all weather conditions, as it has an advanced battery cooling system and also includes the feature of regenerative braking. The electric motor installed in this truck gives power of 27 kW or 36.2 bhp and generates torque of 130 Nm.
Fast-charging facility available
The feature of fast charging is also provided in Tata Ace EV 1000. This truck gets charged in 105 minutes and is ready to do its work again. This truck comes with high class carrying capacity even in fully loaded condition. This four-wheeler has no rival truck. But among three-wheeler brands, vehicles of many companies like Piaggio, Ultigreen, Bajaj and Euler can give tough competition to this truck of Tata in the Indian market. The price of Tata Ace EV 1000 is around Rs 9.21 lakh.
