Upcoming Royal Enfield Bike: Many of Royal Enfield’s products fall in the 350cc, 450cc and 650cc segments. In the 650cc segment, one of the upcoming models is the Bullet 650. Recently, a new test model for the Bullet 650 has been spotted in Europe. Once launched, it will be the successor to the long-discontinued Bullet 500.

Royal Enfield Bullet 650 Design

The Royal Enfield Bullet 650 retains its retro styling with the circular headlamp and rear-view mirror, classic tear-drop-shaped fuel tank and wire-spoke wheels. Besides, chrome bits have also been used a lot in it.

The engine casing and twin exhaust pipes also have a chrome finish. Like the Bullet 350, the 650cc model also has a single-piece seat.

This bike has a strong road presence and is easily liked due to its simple and attractive design. The Royal Enfield Bullet 650 has a comfortable, upright rider positioning.

The centrally located footpeds and raised pull-back handlebar support comfortable ergonomics. The Bullet 650 will have many similarities with the upcoming Classic 650 twin.

Earlier this month, Royal Enfield trademarked the Classic 650 Twin name. Since the Bullet 650 and Classic 650 twin will share many components, they may look similar at first glance. However, the test mule seen in Europe is somewhat different from the Classic 650 twin.

Royal Enfield Bullet 650 performance, specifications

To power the Bullet 650, a 648cc, parallel-twin engine will be used, which is also seen in Royal Enfield’s other 650cc bikes. The air-oil cooled unit produces 47 PS and 52.3 Nm of output. It is mated to a 6-speed constant mesh gearbox.

The Bullet 650 will use a steel tubular, double cradle frame. It will also share much hardware with the 650 twins. Its suspension setup will consist of telescopic forks at the front and twin gas-charged shock absorbers with adjustable preload at the rear.

The braking setup will include a 320 mm front and 240 mm rear disc brake. Also, dual-channel ABS will be offered as standard.

Can get good response from the market

Bullet brand is very popular in tier-2 and tier-3 cities. With Royal Enfield’s competitive pricing, upgrading to a higher-end Bullet bike will not be a major challenge for users.

A similar reaction can be seen with the upcoming Classic 650 twin. Because, the low-powered Classic 350 is already the company’s best-selling bike.
