Toyota Camry: There has been a decline in the demand for sedan segment cars in the Indian market for the last few years.
However, some cars still dominate this segment. These include cars like Maruti Suzuki Dzire, Hyundai Aura, Honda Amaze and Hyundai Verna.
However, sedan cars of the premium segment are getting very few customers.
On the one hand, Maruti Suzuki Dzire topped the sales of the sedan segment by selling 11,647 units last month i.e. in July 2024.
On the other hand, Toyota Camry, which was at number ten in this list of sales, got only 126 customers.
If we talk about the powertrain, the Toyota Camry has a 2.5-liter petrol engine with an electric motor which is capable of generating a maximum power of 218bhp.
The car has the option of CBT gearbox with the engine.
