Started business with loan
Mo. Yusuf told that he worked at Sweet Home Bakery Shop in Patna for 10 years. From there, he had taught to make other bakery materials including cake to foot bread and toast. After that, in the year 2019, he started its business in Aurangabad itself. The shopkeeper said that due to lack of money, he took a loan of Rs 5 lakh from a private bank, which he paid for only 2 years shopkeeping.
More than 10 artisans do work
The shopkeeper said that initially he started making pastry and feet bread. Gradually the sale started, then they increased the work by ordering the bread test cutter machine, spiiler (maida), plain machine from Delhi. Their factories work by more than 10 artisans. At the same time, Mo Yusuf told that all the flower cakes are made by him. For example, the cart and the shop are sold at the hall cell rate.
Supply of bakery products in more than two states
