Along with this, on taking a home loan of more than a specified amount, customers will also get the benefit of non-encumbrance certificate or NEC, legal and evaluation from the advocate for free.Customers will get additional discount in interest.
According to the information received from PNB, during this period, the loan takers will get an additional discount of 5 basis points (BPS) on the current interest rate.
